The RE/MAX organization has been the official real estate sponsor of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals since 1992. In 2010, RE/MAX Northern Illinois Affiliates donated more than $124,000 to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. In 2009, RE/MAX reached the $100 million benchmark for donations made to CMN!

RE/MAX is a national sponsor of the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" series, which raises funds for local breast cancer research. Each year, RE/MAX Chicago and Illinois real estate agents run or walk in the "Race for the Cure," which will be held on September 25 at Butler Field, Grant Park, Chicago and on September 26 at Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois.
